Spread the Word of God
“And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.” Revelation 22:10 ESV
“And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.”
Revelation 22:10 ESV
“I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.”
Revelation 22:18–19 ESV
Jesus said:
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Matthew 24:36 ESV
God wants us to spread the Word, share the Word, the Bible. Share your testimony, tell your story. But most importantly, do not hide your Bible — share it with others.
As we learn the Word of God, beware of false teachers, and those who omit parts of the Bible for their own teachings, or even adds to it to benefit themselves. The Bible is complete and whole. Watch out for religions, cults, and false teachers who modify the Gospel.
We need to be diligent, watchful, prayerful, and loving to one another since we do not know when Jesus will return. Jesus said it Himself, “not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” We cannot fall away, or get lazy in our ways.
Our actions and words should reflect Jesus in our lives at all times.
Stay in the Word of God. Pray for one another.
“We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you,”
Colossians 1:3 ESV
“so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.”
Colossians 1:10–20 ESV
